Habits

I think habits are a misunderstood topic. We’re going about trying to build “good” habits and breaking the “bad” ones, thinking it is the only way to move forward. What if habits are just the tools? Tools to help us achieve what we want. Sounds weird? In this series, I will take you through my understanding of habits and how to make use of them to get what you want. Let’s not torture ourselves in the name of building habit. Just because we’re repeating something mindlessly does not ensure any success. It’s time we learn how to approach habits in a more sensible way.
